Business trainings for start-ups and business expansion are conducted by Project “HOPE” supported by Women`s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) in partnership with UN Womenfor betterment of women refugees’ life in Tajikistan. Business trainings are focused on improvement of women and girls lives in Tajikistan. They are motivating them towards starting and developing their business in Tajikistan, increasing their knowledge on selling, promoting and expanding their business. At the same time, they are awakening in them their hidden talents in terms of producing and creating new products. Accumulation and deposit of funds at all levels, from family to community, is the key element of these trainings.
Business trainings are usually followed by trainings on writing business plans and the best business plans are selected for provision of mini-initiatives. Afghan women and young girls who have actively participated in these trainings are starting their business in Tajikistan.
